We reserve a special time for you. Please let us know if you are running late or need to reschedule. If more than 15 minutes late, we need to reschedule to better serve you & the client that follows. If you miss your appointment with no advance notice, a 50% fee of service will be charged.
Out of respect for our guests, guests that arrive more than 15 minutes late for their service, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
Walk-in guests are always welcome and will be served subject to availability, or do our best to set up a convenient appointment.
